Change Label Sizes in Your Settings: Pirate Ship currently offers 4x6" and 2x7" label sizes. To select which format you'd like, head to your Settings > General Settings.

Label Sizes Must Be Changed Before You Buy Them: You must set your label size before you create any labels. The size you select will apply to all label purchases going forward, and you'll need to head back to your Settings to make any changes!
You Can't Change a Label Size Once You Buy It: Unfortunately, the size of a label can't be changed after it's been purchased.
In this case, you need to request a refund for the incorrectly sized label, change the Label Size in your Settings, and start fresh on a new label
Use the Duplicate Shipment Button: To make it easy on yourself, use the Duplicate Shipment button at the bottom of the shipment page for the label you're refunding. This way, you don't have to type everything in again 😉
Just make sure your label size is correct in your Settings before you purchase it a second time.
Only USPS labels come in 2x7" sizes
2x7" is for USPS Only: Since UPS labels on Pirate Ship only come in the standard 4x6" size, you can only print USPS labels in the 2x7" size.
UPS is Unavailable for 2x7" Labels: If you have 2x7" selected in your General Settings, UPS services won't show up when you create your label and click the green "Get Rates" button.
