Payment Options: There are several ways to purchase postage on Pirate Ship. You can use any credit or debit card, PayPal, and/or connect your bank account to directly make ACH payments.
Choosing a Payment Method: You can choose your payment method by navigating to the Settings > Payment Method page, and clicking the blue "Add New" button to add a preferred payment method.

When will I be charged?
Pay as you Go: You will only be charged when you purchase postage, and you will only be charged the exact amount of the postage.
Or Set a Default Payment Amount: You can also configure your account to have a Default Payment Amount, which can be helpful if you’re purchasing lots of postage with a debit/credit card and want fewer transactions on your statements.
Are there any fees on Pirate Ship?
Zero Fees or Hidden Costs: With Pirate Ship, you simply pay for postage as you go, at the deepest discounts possible!
Since there are no monthly fees or hidden costs, you don't need to provide any payment information to sign up for a free account... but you'll need to add a card when you're ready to buy postage.
Do I have to pay any tax on labels?
No Sales Tax on Labels: Shipping is excluded from sales tax, so there isn't any sales tax you'll need to pay on top of the cost of your postage!
How do I connect my bank account for ACH payments?
Setting Up ACH Payments: If you'd like to connect your bank account to buy postage via ACH payments, go to your Settings > Payment Method and click the green "Pay with your bank account" banner after you select "Add New Payment Method" 😉

How do I pay for postage with PayPal?
Pirate Ship accepts payments through PayPal! If you'd like to use PayPal to buy postage, just go to your Settings > Payment Method and click the "Pay with PayPal" icon at the top 👍
