Saturday Delivery isn't available to specify on Pirate Ship
You Can't Specify Saturday Delivery: Unfortunately, there's no way to specify for your shipment to be delivered on a Saturday when you create a label 🙈 Sorry, Matey!
That said, once you Get Rates for your package, you can browse all the different available services and view their estimated delivery timeframes to estimate when your package will be delivered.
View estimated delivery timeframes from different services to "predict" Saturday Delivery
"Predicting" Saturday Delivery: If you want your shipment to be delivered on a Saturday, the best workaround is to choose your shipping service based on the estimated delivery timeframes.
After entering your shipment info and clicking Get Rates, you'll see the estimated delivery times for all available services when you expand the Choose a Service drop-down menu. Here's an example of how that looks:
Choosing Your Ship Date: If you're not seeing Saturday delivery for any services, you can change your Ship Date when you scroll down on the same page. Here's how that looks:
You can change your Ship Date up to 7 days in the future 😉 By changing the Ship Date in this example from Friday, August 2 to Tuesday, August 6, the option for Saturday Delivery shows up for UPS Ground Saver:

The only service on Pirate Ship with a money-back guaranteed delivery is USPS Priority Mail Express, which features next-day delivery to most urban areas and two-day delivery to rural destinations.
You may incur surcharges for Saturday Delivery and for handing off packages on a Saturday
Saturday Delivery UPS Surcharge: If UPS delivers your package on a Saturday, you will receive a "Saturday Delivery" surcharge on top of your postage cost. This surcharge will come as a carrier adjustment that you'll see on your shipment page and on your Reports page.
UPS Surcharges for Saturday Processing: If UPS accepts a package into its network on a Saturday, you'll receive a "Saturday Processing Fee" surcharge on top of your postage cost.
To avoid this surcharge, you can change the Ship Date to a weekday and drop off or schedule a pickup for your package on that day instead. If you're seeing rates that include the Saturday Processing Fee surcharge, changing your Ship Date to a weekday will help you avoid that extra cost 👌
No Fees for Saturday Delivery with USPS: Unlike UPS, USPS doesn't impose any carrier adjustments for delivering a package on a Saturday!
