Can I print multiple labels at once?

Here's how printing multiple labels at the same time works

Updated over a week ago

After purchasing your labels, there are 3 ways to combine multiple labels or batches and print them all at once:

  1. On the Ship page, just check the boxes to the left of each completed label or batch that you want to combine and click the Print x Labels button on the top right.

2. On the Ship > End of Day page you can print all the USPS labels that are associated with each SCAN Form. This is an easy way to print every USPS label you've created each day. Learn more about how USPS® SCAN Forms work here.

Note: You can only create an End of Day SCAN Form for USPS labels. UPS labels won't appear in your End of Day page. You'll need to print them either from your Ship page or Shipments Grid, and UPS will scan each package in individually 👌

3. On the Ship page, open your Shipments Grid by clicking the grey magnifying glass icon, as seen in this screenshot:

Once you're in your Shipments Grid, you can then highlight all the labels you'd like to print, and then click the big green "Print" button. Here's how that looks:

No matter which method you choose, labels that you've requested refunds for will not be included.

Pro Tip: If you want to print multiple labels on a standard 8.5x11" sheet of paper, that's no problem! Simply select the labels you'd like to print > click Print Labels > use the drop down bar at the top of the screen to select 8.5x11" - 2 Shipping Labels per Page:
