Will I be charged again to reprint my label?

My label didn't print right. Can I print it again without being charged?

We will never charge you to reprint a label

Pirate Ship never charges you to reprint a label. Sometimes it's challenging to get those printer settings right, so don't worry, we'll never charge you to reprint a label you've already purchased. 

  • How to tell if you've bought a label: If you've purchased a label, it will have a green button next to it that says "Print Label."

    • Here's a video showing you how that looks:

  • "Print Label" turns grey after clicking: After you click this button the first time, it will change to a button that says "Reprint Label."

  • Print a label as many times as you need: You can print the same label as many times as needed until you get it right. You will only be charged whenever you click the "Buy Label" button.

    • Remember to discard any extras! Never use the same label on multiple packages. 

  • "Reprint Label" disappears when the carrier scans your label: Once the carrier scans your package, your package's status will change to "In Transit" and the Reprint Label button will no longer appear. Instead, you will see a button that is labeled "View Details."

The "Get Rates" button appears only if you haven't purchased a label yet

  • You'll only see the "Get Rates" button before you buy a label: If you see the "Get Rates" button when viewing a label, then you haven't purchased this label yet. Once you purchase the label, you'll be able to print it as many times as you need 💪
