We'll never charge you to reprint a label. Sometimes it's challenging to get those printer settings right, so don't worry, we'll never charge you to reprint a label that you've already purchased. 

If you've purchased a label, it'll have a green button next to it that says PRINT LABEL, like this:

After you click it the first time, it will change to a grey button that says REPRINT LABEL.

You can print the same label as many times as needed until you get it right. You will only be charged whenever you click the BUY LABEL button. Remember to discard any extras! Never use the same label on multiple packages.
