We will never charge you to reprint a label
Pirate Ship never charges you to reprint a label. Sometimes it's challenging to get those printer settings right, so don't worry, we'll never charge you to reprint a label you've already purchased.
How to tell if you've bought a label: If you've purchased a label, it will have a green button next to it that says "Print Label."
Here's a video showing you how that looks:
"Print Label" turns grey after clicking: After you click this button the first time, it will change to a button that says "Reprint Label."
Print a label as many times as you need: You can print the same label as many times as needed until you get it right. You will only be charged whenever you click the "Buy Label" button.
Remember to discard any extras! Never use the same label on multiple packages.
"Reprint Label" disappears when the carrier scans your label: Once the carrier scans your package, your package's status will change to "In Transit" and the Reprint Label button will no longer appear. Instead, you will see a button that is labeled "View Details."
The "Get Rates" button appears only if you haven't purchased a label yet
You'll only see the "Get Rates" button before you buy a label: If you see the "Get Rates" button when viewing a label, then you haven't purchased this label yet. Once you purchase the label, you'll be able to print it as many times as you need 💪
