How to schedule a pickup for your packages

Learn about the process for scheduling a pickup on Pirate Ship when your packages are ready to ship

  • You can schedule UPS & USPS pickups in Pirate Ship: After you purchase your labels on Pirate Ship, you can elect to schedule a pickup with either UPS or USPS. You don't need to schedule pickups with UPS or USPS on their websites; you can do it all directly in your Pirate Ship account!

How to schedule a pickup for UPS & USPS shipments in your Pirate Ship account

  • Schedule a Pickup: To schedule a pickup for your packages, navigate to your Ship page and look for the big blue button labeled "Schedule a Pickup."

    • Here's how that looks:

  • Choose the carrier you're shipping with: On the next page, choose the appropriate carrier (either UPS or USPS) from the blue button labeled "Request Pickup."

    • Note that whichever carrier you purchased your label(s) from will be the carrier you'll need to schedule a pickup with 😉

UPS & USPS follow different processes for pickups

  • Different pickup processes: UPS and USPS are two separate carriers, and as such, their pickup processes are different from one another. Depending on which carrier you're shipping with, you'll need to be aware of the specific steps to take and the different pickup services you can choose from, if applicable.
