After you purchase your labels on Pirate Ship, you can elect to schedule a pickup with either USPS or UPS.

To schedule a pickup for your packages, navigate to your Ship Page and look for the big blue button labeled "Schedule a Pickup." Here's how that looks:

On the next page, choose the appropriate carrier (either USPS or UPS) from the blue button labeled "Request Pickup." Note that whichever carrier you purchased your label(s) from will be the carrier you'll need to schedule a pickup with 😉

USPS & UPS have different services and processes for pickups

USPS and UPS are two separate carriers, and as such, their pickup processes are different from one another's. Depending on which one you purchased your label from, you'll need to be aware of the specific steps to take and the different pickup services that you can choose from, if applicable.
