Both USPS & UPS Offer Pickup Services: After you purchase your labels on Pirate Ship, you can elect to schedule a pickup with either USPS or UPS.
How to schedule a pickup in your Pirate Ship account
Schedule a Pickup: To schedule a pickup for your packages, navigate to your Ship page and look for the big blue button labeled "Schedule a Pickup."
Here's how that looks:
Choose the Carrier You're Shipping With: On the next page, choose the appropriate carrier (either USPS or UPS) from the blue button labeled "Request Pickup."
Note that whichever carrier you purchased your label(s) from will be the carrier you'll need to schedule a pickup with 😉
USPS & UPS follow different processes for pickups
Different Pickup Processes: USPS and UPS are two separate carriers, and as such, their pickup processes are different from one another's.
