How to Change your Payment Method at Checkout

Different Cards

If you have multiple payment methods in Pirate Ship, you can easily switch between the two 👍 

When you're ready to buy your label, you'll see the Finish Purchase section right above where you click Buy Label.

To change which card is being billed, first click on Show Payment Details

This will expand to show a drop-down list of all available payment methods you can choose from:

Just select the card you want to use there, and you're in ship shape!

Account Balance

If you have a running Account Balance in Pirate Ship, you can also change how much of that account balance is applied to your purchase! 

Just click on Show Payment Details here:

This will allow you to adjust how much of your label purchase is charged to your card, and how much is taken from your Account Balance:

You can keep an eye on your Account Balance over on your Reports page, which you can get to by either clicking Reports on the left-hand side of the screen when you're logged in, or by clicking here!

Can I Pay for a Label with Two Different Payment Methods?

While you can't pay for a label with two different cards, here's a quick two-step workaround that may help you:

  • Step 1: Add credit to your Account Balance on the first card

  • Step 2: At checkout, use your Account Balance first and then charge the remaining cost of the label to the second card
