How to change an incorrect address on your imported orders

  • Edits Must Be Made in Your eCommerce Platform: If you need to edit the address for an order you're importing from your eCommerce platform, you'll need to do that in your eCommerce platform 😅

    • Once the order has been updated in your eCommerce platform, you can click the "Refresh Data" button on the Import page in Pirate Ship to see the updated address.

Create the label manually if you can't edit the order in your platform

  • A Manual Workaround: Some eCommerce platforms don't let you edit addresses, like eBay & Etsy. For those, you'll need to create a label manually 🙈

    • If you can't change the order's address in your eCommerce platform or marketplace for some reason, then you'll need to create the label manually using the Single Label form in Pirate Ship, and then copy/paste the tracking number back to your platform to mark the order as Shipped.
