Learn how printing multiple labels at the same time on Pirate Ship works

Pirate Ship makes it easy to print multiple labels at the same time

After purchasing your labels, there are three ways to combine multiple labels or batches and print them all at once:

  1. Click the Boxes on Your Ship Page: On your Ship page, simply check the boxes to the left of each completed label or batch that you want to combine and click the "Print x Labels" button on the top right.

  2. Print Labels Associated with a SCAN Form: On the Ship > End of Day page, you can print all the USPS labels associated with each SCAN Form. This is an easy way to print every USPS label you've created each day.

    1. USPS Only: You can only create an End-of-Day SCAN Form for USPS labels. UPS labels won't appear on your End of Day page. You'll need to print UPS labels either from your Ship page or Shipments Grid, and UPS will scan each package individually 👌

    2. Check out this video to see how to create an End-of-Day SCAN Form:

3. Use Your Shipments Grid: On the Ship page, open your Shipments Grid by clicking the grey magnifying glass icon, as seen in this screenshot:

  • Once you're in your Shipments Grid, you can highlight all the labels you'd like to print, and click the big green "Print" button. Here's how that looks:

  • Refunded Labels Won't Print: No matter which method you choose, labels that you've requested refunds for will not be included.

  • Print Two Labels on a Sheet of Paper: If you want to print multiple labels on a standard 8.5x11" sheet of paper, that's no problem! Just follow along with this process:

    • Select the labels you'd like to print

    • Click "Print Labels"

    • Use the drop-down bar at the top of the screen to select 8.5x11" - 2 Shipping Labels per Page. Here's a video showing you how that looks:
