You can't print 2x7" UPS labels
UPS Doesn't Work With 2x7" Labels: You can only print USPS labels in the 2x7" sizes, since UPS labels on Pirate Ship only come in the standard 4x6" size 🙈
If you have 2x7" selected in your General Settings, UPS services won't show up when you create your label and click the green "Get Rates" button.
Not all features are supported with the 2x7" label size
Unfortunately, 2x7" labels just aren't big enough to fit everything a 4x6" label can. The following features will be disabled when you choose this size:
Rubber Stamps: You can't print custom messages on the labels with 2x7" labels.
Packing Lists: You won't be able to print packing lists with 2x7" labels.
Gift Messages: You can't print gift messages with 2x7" labels.
ZPL Label Format: You won't be able to use the ZPL format, so all labels will be PDF files.
International Labels & Customs Forms: You can't print customs forms on 2x7" labels, so you can't use them for international shipments or shipments going to Military addresses.
Switch to 4x6" for any of these features
If you need any of those features, switch back to the 4x6" label size and use a regular desktop printer or a 4x6" label printer. We've got recommendations for 4x6" printers here.
