How to choose a shipping service when creating a label

You can choose between different shipping services after inputting your package information

After you've given your package dimensions and shipment details and then clicked Get Rates, you'll be able to select your shipping service.

  • Pirate Ship Selects the Best Service: Pirate Ship will automatically select the recommended service labeled "BEST" after you click "Get Rates," but you can change it if you like.

    • The "BEST" label comes down to a variety of factors that our platform considers, such as affordability, delivery speed, reliability of the service, and extra features that are included (such as insurance)

    • Here's a video showing you how to change your service:

  • See More Details: We like to keep things simple on our platform, but you can see all the nitty gritty details if you like!

    • You can expand boxes to view details or choose your Type of Packaging, Shipping Service, and more by clicking on the fields and boxes marked with the following carrots:
