Create labels quickly by pasting your recipient's address

  • Pasting Addresses into Pirate Ship: You can easily paste your recipient's addresses into Pirate Ship by clicking the blue "Paste Address" link at the top of the Create Single Label page ๐Ÿ˜Š

    • Here's a screenshot showing you where to find the "Paste Address" link:

A screenshot showing the 'Create a Single Label' page. At the top of the page directly under where it says 'Create a Shipping Label,' there's a hyperlink that reads 'Paste Address.' An arrow points at this to indicate that you'll click on it. When you click on it, a box appears directly below where you can paste an address. An address is pasted here, and below, the different parts of the address appear in the corresponding boxes on the 'Create a Shipping Label' form.
  • Reviewing Pasted Address: Once it's pasted in, you'll always have the chance to review the address it populated to ensure it's correct. If you need to make any changes, make them in the Paste Address field, and it will automatically adjust your recipient's address below.

  • Domestic & International Addresses: Pasting addresses works for both domestic and international shipments! That said, for shipments with complicated international addresses, you may need to adjust the address a bit once it's filled out ๐Ÿ˜‰

  • Keyboard Shortcuts to Save Time: When the page first loads, before you click anything, use your keyboard's paste shortcut ("CTRL + V" on Windows, "Command + V" on Mac) to automatically open the Paste Address field and paste the address in ๐Ÿ’ช
