There are a few reasons that your label might not print. Are you using the browser Edge or Internet Explorer? If so, they don't support PDF views. Meaning you'll either need to click DOWNLOAD LABEL and print from there, or use Google Chrome for a better experience.
Let's start with the basics. Is your printer plugged in and turned on? If yes, open your Print Queue. This is not a Pirate Ship feature, this is a standard window that you can usually find on any computer in your Settings or System Preferences. Sometimes you have multiple "print jobs" that are backing up your printer causing an inability to print. Delete those and see if that works.
If none of the above is working, you can usually find videos on Youtube for your specific printer type. Please keep in mind that while we are happy to help, we don't know how every printer or computer works!
