When will tracking stop at the border?
For packages weighing less than 4 lb that are shipped to destinations not included in the list above, tracking updates will stop once the shipment is handed to the destination country's postal service.

Notes on shipments going to Russia, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates
Shipments going to Russia, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates will not be accepted into these countries until further notice.
Door-to-door tracking doesn't include packages that get returned to sender
While Simple Export Rate provides full tracking to the 65 countries listed above, "door-to-door tracking" refers only to the journey from the sender to the recipient.
If your package gets sent back to you (the sender) for any particular reason, Simple Export Rate doesn't cover tracking on that additional journey.
