Dealing with a Return to Sender package is never any fun 😓

There can be several reasons why USPS may return a package as undeliverable:

  1. The address was incomplete or incorrect.
  2. The weight or size was wrong and instead of USPS making the adjustments through their Automated Package Verification system, they ship the item back to you.
  3. The recipient declined the package.

When USPS returns an undeliverable package they consider their job done... twice, since they transported it all the way there AND back 😉Unfortunately you can't get a refund... the only option is to buy a new one.
