Yes, we're happy to initiate a refund for any or all of your current account balance if you no longer need it for future postage purchases. Please note that it can take 3-5 business days for refunds to post back to your account, depending on your credit card or bank, and in certain circumstances you may have to receive the refund as a check instead.
